VeloKey is a clean, distraction-free browser-based typing practice application built for speed, accuracy, and flow. It is open source and free to use or fork.

Featuring responsive virtual keyboards, customizable difficulty tiers (Easy, Medium, Hard, Quotes), mechanical switch sound packs, and curated themes. VeloKey is an independent project designed for touch-typists and developers who value minimal aesthetics.

shift + enter - End test (Zen mode)
ctrl / alt + backspace - Delete current word

VeloKey uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as typing speed, accuracy, and feature usage. This helps identify bugs, improve UX, and prioritize new features. No personal information is collected. Data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
